The technology solution will automate the visa process, manage complete records of its new hires, renewals, cancellations, and enable the company’s PROs to manage their day-to-day work and receive alerts on the go through its modules, providing greater flexibility. Infinigent Visa Management Software will also be integrated with HR and Finance systems enabling better resource management, unified employee records, and control of visa process end to end, on a single platform.
The technology transformation program will enable Sobha to digitalize the complete visa process paperless while offering a simplified user experience driving better user adoption, increase process automation, among others.
