HR software specialist Infinigent Software Solutions announced that it will implement its flagship HCM software Suite for Farnek Services LLC, one of United Arab Emirate’s leading Facility Management service provider.
Infinigent HCM Software will replace multiple systems to unify operations across Recruitment, Onboarding, HR, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Digital Visa Management & Camp Management. In addition, Farnek would also benefit from digital enablers such as Mobility via Employee App, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Dashboards and integration to third-party services.
The technology transformation program will enable Farnek to future-proof its business growth while offering simplified user experience driving better user adoption, increase process automation and self-service, among others. Implementing this new HCM (Human Capital Management) brings some important advantages for Farnek: maximum mobility in accessing employee information and documentation, information and real-time Payroll, the reliability and agility of having a single source of information for Farnek HR management system, a much more sustainable and efficient paperless solution, as Infinigent HCM eliminates printing and scanning for tasks to be performed.
This new HCM solution by Infinigent will be used by all management and administrative staff across its UAE offices. Over 8,000+ Farnek’s work force will be onboarded to Infinigent’s cloud HCM.
